  Not very helpful when I called them and ask if they have something in stock. Wouldn't give me prices or specifics on Happy Planners they had in stock. I just wanted price ideas so I could decide if I wanted to buy them from them and drive for over an hour to get to their store or just buy them on line. I'd rather have bought local but because they were so unhelpful I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.

  I love Michael's. It's always a great spot to go shopping for anything craft, art, season or event related. The thing I do not like about this place is that the prices are always too high. I say this not as a bitterness because I can't afford it, I say it because every single week they offer a new 40% off one items coupon. And there are always 20-80% off tags in the store on most anything. This means if you want something at a decent price you go in 5 times and buy the 5 things you need with the 40% off discount. And the fact you can do that, kind of defeats the purpose. So logic would dictate to change the pricing structure to give a better standard rate for items and off less discounts as a boost in sales would likely occur! Just my 2 cents on the matter. Other than that I love Michael's and everything in the store. I have frequented this place many times and will continue to do so. With my 40% coupon in hand!

  Service wasn’t great I had went in and asked a question about a button and I even brought an example of something I was looking for and the staff I asked just said “I don’t know sorry” and literally walked away like what?? Also the prices are waaaaay over priced
