    I was there today to make a purchase and several girls chatting with friends and ignoring the fact I needed help! So after enough time for someone to notice, if they wanted to, I left disgusted. This had never happened before, even when the store was busy! But someone known to staff appeared to be more important than me today. Anytime before, someone would approach me as I came through the door, not today!. End of rant!!

    I love this store. The customer service is usually excellent. Wasn't thrilled to get an email today telling me denim was 50% off storewide when I was in yesterday and purchased a pair of jeans. Usually retail stores are very good at letting their loyal customers know about sales coming up so quickly. They let me down today. Oh well ... still a great store and really, if you require larger sized clothing they kind of have a monopoly here in the valley anyway!I
