  Great store, great selection. However, the lady working the cash register in isle 4 was so slow. I watched other lines around me empty and I stood there for over 25 minutes waiting for her to finish her conversation. I understand customer service and being nice, however you still have a job to do. Worst part is u don't even get an apology, she just rolls her eyes and laughs. If your going to superstore, avoid the woman with the black and white winter mitts unless u feel like hearing about all her life problems.

  Staff is always pleasant and helpful, but need more of them, they are all very busy and I am always running around trying to find something. Store is clean and well organised. Looking for more local items however.

  And here we go again. Was gonna drop my grocery order here tonight but with the line up and only three cashiers on, NOPE!!

  It's a grocery store. They rarely have enough cashiers and as much as I understand wages to sales ratios, I think they'll be ok with a few extra staff now and again.

  It's a great store with good prices. Only problem is wait times at checkout can be longer than it should. All in all, good place to buy groceries.

  BAKERY: Every time I order a cake, my experience is negative. There are a couple of older ladies who work there that stare at you, can be quite rude and make you feel very uncomfortable. Superstore has the BEST cakes, but I dread ordering my cake every year. Staff members need to work on having a positive representation towards customers.
